Ok, so summer isn’t officially over yet, but with the start of September we can’t help but start thinking about fall! Fall means boots, scarves, pink glitter trench coats (ok, maybe that’s just Joy), and being able to run outside during a WOD without getting heat stroke… what’s not to love? But sometimes the transition into cooler weather can mean watching your motivation cool off a little bit, too.
