This week we start out by taking a step back and walking through our macro journey from start to finish, in the hopes that now we can close this chapter for a while and move on to discussing other things. We go back and try to answer the questions from those of you who have had similar macros experiences, and now find it hard to get back to intuitive eating, or who are struggling with getting positive feedback on the outside but noticing some red flags on the inside. Then we answer some listener questions, from when we think someone shouldn’t do CrossFit to our favorite La Croix flavor!
