We talk about the myth that your body can only absorb “so much” protein, about whether or not kombucha and other fermented foods are really necessary, and what you can tell about your body by taking a peek before you flush every once in a while. We also talk about whether CrossFit is a healthy choice for people who are actively recovering from an eating disorder. We really didn’t plan to release an episode about poop on Christmas, but that’s just the way the cards fell, and we’re not sorry. And I mean really, would you expect anything less?
