Our Costa Rica trip has come and gone, but this week it’s like we never left with this episode, recorded live by the pool at our hotel! We had such an amazing time doing beach WODs, yoga, ziplining, surfing, paddle boarding, eating plantains… but especially getting to know the amazing group of listeners who came with us! Getting to spend time with this little slice of our tribe was an incredible and humbling experience, and really brought to life how great our community is. Can’t wait for next year… we’re thinking Iceland? France? Who’s in??
