Clifton Harski has traveled the United States, instructed over 3,000 people and conducted more than 300 workshops and certifications for numerous companies, including Fitwall. In addition, he has contributed articles to Men’s Fitness, Men’s Health, Women’s Health and Dr. Oz the Good Life. Clifton holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from San Diego State University, and teaches for KB Athletics, Animal Flow and Spartan Group Training. Certifications: ACE-CPT, CrossFit, CrossFit mobility, CrossFit Football, Ultimate Sandbag, Strong First.
